UK Delivery is Free for orders over £10.00 in value.
Orders under £10.00 will be charged a £1.50 fee for packaging & postage.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
We will email you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or Courier depending upon the weight.
European delivery is £7.50
The rest of the world (inc. USA, Canada, Far East, Middle East, Australasia, Africa, etc) is £10.00
Delivery is usually about 7 to 10 working days however this may be longer, especially if held up in Customs.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For which requires a signature on receipt.
If your order is over 1Kg in weight extra delivery charges may apply if this is the case we will contact you to give you the option of paying the extra costs or to cancel the order.
Please note we will ONLY DELIVER to the address of the card used to purchase the goods for international orders.
Customers outside the EU will be charged the VAT-exclusive prices shown on the site.
Non Receipt of Goods
We always send an email to the email address you submitted to inform you when your order has been dispatched If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you have received an email informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within ten working days you should contact us. Unfortunately we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed. Over 40% of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund.
To make a claim for non receipt of goods Please wait 10 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as The Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender. Please note a false claim for compensation could result in criminal prosecution. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
