The Platinum 3776 Music Nib fountain pen is a modern classic and was originally designed to be the perfect fountain pen. This is the PTBM-15000B model which has a black barrel constructed from ABS Plastic and the pocket clip and trim are 14k gold plated. It is 136.5mm in length, 14.5mm in diameter and weighs 17.8grams.

Platinum 3776 Music Nib fountain pens take their name from the 14k gold music nib which differs from a standard fountain pen nib in that it has two slits making it a three tined nib. This allows good ink flow and gives a smooth as silk writing experience. Each Platinum Music Nib is individually tested to ensure that the ink flow and line width are just right.

The name #3776 relates to the height of Mount Fuji in meters and symbolizes the pursuit of beauty and perfection.

Platinum 3776 Music Nib fountain pens use platinum ink cartridges or if you prefer bottled ink you can use an optional Platinum converter not supplied.

The pen is supplied in a Platinum gift box.
